The soldier in the vehicle's hatch is carrying a AK74U "Krinkov" a short-barreled, folding-stock version of the AK-74 that was designed as a personal-defense weapon for vehicle and gun crews, though it has seen some use among Russian special operations units as well.  The Krinkov makes frequent appearances in the background of videos of Osama bin Laden
 
The soldier standing on the vehicle carries an AK-74, again with the GP-25 grenade launcher slung underneath.
